This 8-day journey through Asia Minor is designed to help you explore the locations and settings referenced in the Book of Revelation, as presented in the convention and assembly programs that highlight their biblical and historical significance. Beginning in Istanbul, the historic bridge between continents, the itinerary leads through key cities and archaeological sites, while also including remarkable natural wonders such as Pamukkale, where the beauty of creation invites reflection.

Throughout the tour, expert local guidance, carefully selected accommodations, and well-paced visits support an atmosphere of learning, reflection, and meaningful fellowship, allowing the Scriptural accounts to come vividly to life.

For those who wish to extend the experience, a 2-day optional extension to Cappadocia offers extraordinary landscapes shaped by nature and history, adding depth and inspiration to this already enriching journey.

Questions or need assistance?
Our team is available to support you with any questions related to booking or payments.

Tipping is not mandatory, but it is customary and appreciated as a way to acknowledge professionalism and contribute to a smooth and well-coordinated travel experience.

During the tour, gratuities may be offered to the Tour Leader or Group Coordinator, who oversees the organization and logistics of the journey, as well as to licensed local guides who provide historical, cultural, and contextual insights at the sites visited.

Gratuities may also be extended to drivers and local service staff involved throughout the itinerary.

All tipping is entirely at the traveler’s discretion and should reflect personal satisfaction with the quality of service received. There is no obligation, and any contribution is voluntary.

International and domestic flights are not included in the tour package. Each participant is responsible for purchasing their own airfare.

Flight assistance can be provided upon request, but airfare is not part of the package price.

Important: Flights should be booked only after the tour has been officially confirmed by us. Once your flight is booked, you must share your flight details (arrival time, flight number, and airport) so we can properly organize airport pickup and group logistics.

Failure to provide flight details in advance may affect transfer arrangements.

  • To ensure comfort and adequate space in the minibus, each traveler is allowed one medium-sized suitcase or carry-on bag and one small personal item (such as a backpack or handbag).

Large checked suitcases, multiple bags per person, or oversized luggage are not permitted. We strongly recommend packing light and efficiently, as luggage space is limited.

Private, air-conditioned transportation is provided whenever the itinerary requires travel outside city areas. These private transfers are included in the tour price, ensuring comfort, safety, and continuity throughout the journey.

When exploring cities, travelers are welcome to use public transportation or move at their own pace. Costs for public transport within cities are not included, giving you the flexibility to choose the most convenient option.

This approach combines the efficiency of private transfers for longer distances with the freedom and local experience of exploring cities independently.

Double Occupancy as Standard

Accommodations are based on double occupancy as standard. Requests for triple rooms or separate beds may be submitted at the time of booking but are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Solo Travelers & Room Sharing

Solo travelers may request to share a room with another traveler of the same gender in order to avoid the single supplement. Roommate matching is subject to availability and will be confirmed prior to departure.

Single rooms are available upon request and subject to a single supplement.

The tour itinerary may be subject to changes. These adjustments may involve the order of daily activities or specific visits; however, we are committed to preserving the overall spirit, value, and quality of the original experience.

No refunds will be issued for itinerary changes caused by weather conditions, extreme events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Any activities or visits missed due to weather or unforeseen situations will be rescheduled only if the group agrees to the proposed alternative and if the tour leader determines it to be feasible. Our priority is to ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and meaningful journey, and we will always do our best to manage changes in a way that allows you to fully enjoy your experience in Turkey.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

We have included an FAQ section to address the most frequently asked questions and help you feel fully prepared for your trip. Reviewing this information will give you a clearer idea of what to expect and how to best organize your travel experience.

Before booking your tour, make sure you meet all entry requirements for Turkey. Each traveler is responsible for having valid documentation and complying with current regulations.

Passport: Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your planned stay in Turkey. U.S. Customs and Turkish authorities enforce this strictly, and you may be denied entry if your passport does not meet this requirement.

Visa / Entry Authorization: U.S. citizens traveling to Turkey for tourism of up to 90 days within any 180-day period generally do not need to obtain a visa in advance. Instead, U.S. passport holders enter visa-free for tourism purposes.

For full official guidance or to check the latest rules, visit the Turkey e-Visa official portal: https://www.evisa.gov.tr/en/

Even if no visa is required, you should confirm entry rules before departure, as policies can change.

Credit Cards & Personal Documentation: While not mandatory for entry, having a credit card is recommended for personal expenses and incidental charges during your trip.

Please ensure your documentation is complete before travel to avoid entry delays or denied boarding.

Throughout the tour, you will be accompanied by a knowledgeable local guide. This guide specializes in the history, culture, and sites of Turkey, offering detailed insights and stories at every stop—from the ancient ruins of Ephesus to the vibrant streets of Istanbul. Depending on the group size, an additional tour leader may join to assist with logistics, but rest assured that, in any case, there will always be a dedicated professional ensuring both the historical insights and the smooth management of the trip.

When the group size allows, a tour leader may be present to handle day-to-day logistics, coordinate transfers, and provide support throughout the journey. For smaller groups, the local guide will cover both roles, managing logistics and ensuring a seamless experience. Either way, you can enjoy the tour fully, knowing all organizational and historical aspects are carefully managed.

The local currency in Turkey is the Turkish Lira (TRY). While credit cards are widely accepted in hotels, restaurants, and major shops, it is recommended to carry a small amount of cash for local markets, small vendors, or tips.

You can exchange some U.S. dollars to Turkish Lira before your trip, or withdraw cash at ATMs in Turkey. Make sure to check current exchange rates before traveling using a reliable source, such as XE Currency Converter.

For convenience, many travelers use a combination of credit/debit cards and cash, so you can pay digitally where accepted and have cash available for smaller transactions. We recommend planning ahead to ensure a smooth travel experience.

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy that covers both medical emergencies and trip cancellation/interruption.

We work with two trusted insurance partners and can provide guidance if you’d like to purchase through them. If you already have your own policy, you are of course welcome to use it.

For any questions or assistance regarding travel insurance, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help ensure you travel safely and with peace of mind.

On this tour, you’ll be traveling with brothers and sisters who share your faith, creating a warm and supportive environment.
